Lisa's practice involves acting on a wide variety of commercial transactions including general corporate matters, negotiating and drafting share and asset purchase agreements, real estate lending transactions, and real estate development matters. She regularly acts for borrowers, lenders, purchasers, and vendors, involving the negotiation and preparation of a range of corporate and real estate development agreements.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys an active Westcoast lifestyle, including skiing, snowboarding, and running.
